CAN WE LIST FOR A 30 OR 90 DAY TIME PERIOD?

We don’t believe in locking sellers into something they’re unhappy with. My standard listing agreement is 6 months, but you’re free to cancel at any time — no penalty, no pressure. I want you to feel confident throughout the process.
